EXCELLENT stay near temple meads!

helpful staff dove products great breakfast

the staff were really helpful with directions. the complimentary toiletries included dove products which i appreciated! i found the bed super comfortable and slept soundly each night. breakfast offered a great selection including hot and cold items, so much to choose from!

The hotel has a perfect location near the train station. Public transport stops directly in front. My room had a kettle with teas and coffees. The bathroom was large and very clean, offering everything needed.

i liked the hotel's location near the train station. the staff was very friendly and helpful . the room was clean and it included everything i needed for a comfortable visit to the city.

the bathroom drains were clogged. this seems to be a recurring issue. i hope they address it promptly to improve the guest experience.

convenient location comfortable bed poor shower cold bar

i found the location very convenient as it was near the train station. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i was also pleased with the breakfast options available each morning. it offered a decent start to the day.

the shower pressure was quite poor. this made showering less refreshing. i also noticed the bar area felt cold and not very inviting for an evening drink.

convenient and comfortable stay

convenient location plentiful choice super comfy bed

I found the location very convenient near the train station. breakfast was a plus, with plenty of choices. my room featured a well designed bath. It wasn't luxurious but had everything i needed and felt extra clean. i particularly appreciated the firm pillow option, the super comfy bed, the excellent cleanliness.

The shower pressure could have been better. I wish it was stronger. the bar area felt a little cold. A warmer temperature would have made it more inviting. i also noticed the lift to the front entrance was out of service.
